The International Light Art Project COLLUMINA is an exhibition project in public spaces and in selected museums and institutions in Cologne. It was founded in 2018 by Dr Ralf-P. Seippel. COLLUMINA works in cooperation with festivals and companies, including RheinEnergie for the 150th anniversary celebrations.
