The COLLUMINA International Light Art Project has been realized 2018 at the very first time by Dr Ralf Seippel, art historian, curator and galerist of Galerie Seippel, which is a partner project of //RESPONSIVE in Halifax, Canada.

This project is supported by foundations, institutions, and companes, who are interested in a new exhibition form for contemporary art in Cologne.
