The works of the Berlin-based artist Hans Kotter concentrate on the physical, artistic basic elements of light - colour - space. He is interested in their appearance and their effect under different material conditions. He creates both minimalist individual objects and room-sized installations. His works are represented in numerous museum collections, including the MAKK, which is showing his work "Explosion" in the newly opened design exhibition "Art + Design in Dialogue".
