DEVIATION–T8/G13
Lamp, 83 x 113 x 5 cm
Light is the preferred material and at the same time the tool that determines my work. It takes up the existing space and reacts to everything that approaches the work. The fascination for this medium lies in the changes that take place, be it the perception of the environment or the changing colour of the material or body. My level of knowledge allows me to break and redefine the norms of lighting technology. The tension between gentle and at the same time radical appearance drives me to work with it. The results are light pictures, sculptures and objects for interior and exterior use.
The linear shape of the lamp body has been changed and the templates of the standard have been removed. The deformation was triggered by a foot step. The kink in the material suggests a deficiency, but the function remains the same. The light output remains unchanged.
